False advertising of the product, nothing like what arrived. A cheap China knock off, bad quality. Do not buy, would not refund as they said the product was on sale but every item is on sale, so they have no intention of ever refunding. They offered 10%, then 15% up to 25% refund and I could keep the product. What a joke.

This company is a scam. Not only it took several weeks to deliver but when it was ‘delivered’ I could not find the package and they refused to acknowledge it and refund.

The shirt material felt rough against my skin and lacked breathability, making it uncomfortable to wear. Additionally, the collared shirt did not fit properly below the chest area, and the collar material itself did not feel comfortable or high quality. I promptly contacted True Form regarding these concerns and provided detailed feedback on the fit and material issues. I received a response acknowledging my concerns; however, despite following up and requesting assistance, I never received return instructions or further guidance on how to proceed with the return.

Fraudulent company that states they are in Melbourne but are in fact a sweat shop In China. When item does not arrive they do not respond and will not provide a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
