I ordered leggings and a sports bra; returned the bra when it didn't fit and more than a month has passed with no refund or adequate communication. I have received form responses and then a strange email saying they had technology issues and to resend any correspondence. I will never order from them again!

In a COVID-induced panic at working from home full time I ordered 4 pairs of leggings from this company on 9 April 2020. It took almost 6 weeks to get them (they arrived 18 May) and I emailed them several times to get information on shipping, to no avail. When the leggings finally arrived I didn't like the fit or fabric so decided to send them back for a refund. I had to pay for shipping, so I sent them back three days after I got them on 21 May. The USPS tracking number said they arrived at their address in Bellevue on 28 May and I still have not received a credit for the return and it's a month later. I've had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (and I apparently am not the only one from the complaints filed against them on the BBB website) and lodge a complaint with my credit card company so they are conducting an inquiry now. The complaints to the BBB seem to go back to last year so this predates the spread of COVID. They are clearly not equipped to fulfill the number of orders they have and attend to customer service so I would caution you to steer clear of them until they show improvement.
