I must say that I love the Yoga Jogger Pants that I ordered...the second pair (a different type) do not fit properly. Only way to contact company is thru email or message and I have not heard back (as it appears the same problem is happening with other customers). I will not order again.

The first leggings I ordered about 6 months ago seemed to be made of better quality material. This last order of leggings seem to be of cheaper quality. They’re nice , they just don’t hold me in as nicely as the first pair And I noticed the first pair had a size # This last pair were S,M or L. I do like the side pocket for cell phone. Not sure if I’ll order again.

I really like the leggings, they seem to be good quality. I ordered a blouse from them, didn't realize it was made in China. My first order took a few weeks to arrive and my second over a week. The shipping time and lack of response from customer service is a definite problem.

I was disappointed due to the fact that I couldn’t get a refund for the returned item because I couldn’t find the tags but I had everything else and the product is in excellent condition it was never worn.

I ordered 2 different pair not realizing one was not high rise, which I prefer. Leggings are good quality just not the fabric/feel I prefer. I did not realize it was 14 day return and initiated return on 15th day. After initial email that I could not return, they immediately refunded me and told me to keep them, which they did not have to do. True to size as I normally wear medium in other brands.

I don’t understand why small businesses don’t do better if they want more business ? xl was ordered, I received a size 12? They are too tight. Because a 12 is a large! After reading all the other reviews , I see this has been happening . I will not be ordering again. I will attempt to return for the XL . Because I do like the fabric and I do like the pants. It’s a shame they are nice!! I probably would have ordered a lot more pairs , if I got the right size. And there wasn’t so many problems with communication. If they send the right size I might even order more pairs. I like them that much! But it’s really bad customer service when you can’t track some thing you get sent the wrong size, and then customer service doesn’t help? So we will see how this turns out. I would say if you get the correct size they are really nice!

I loved the shorts I ordered but need to return the white leggings. Policy is 14 days to return and it states to contact via email to get “next steps”. I have sent 3 emails now and haven’t gotten a reply. Very frustrating.

I am in the process of trying to return 2 unused, just received items from TrueFeat. The items are not as described and not wearable because of very thin fabric. So far I have been asked to accept 1/2 of my money back in exchange for a favorable review. I will update my review as the process progresses.
