Buyers BEWARE!!! Check the BBB site for this company (under Golden Coast Apparel) and see over 100 complaints in last 3 years!!! They took my $90 three weeks ago, emailed a tracking number for USPS which shows the post office still has not received the package, and they will not respond. There is no customer service number and the company phone number listed goes into voicemail but the VM box is full! They do not respond to online inquiries through their website. Total RIPOFF as far as I'm concerned. I will dispute charges with my credit card company for refund. Don't trust!!!

I ordered in October and still have not received as of 12/5. I emailed after 3-4 weeks. Said mailing next day. Still have not received and will no longer respond to me. Have sent complaint to PayPal.

Wrong fit, waist too low. Customer service will not respond for refund. Maybe they are waiting out the deadline for a refund. Very disappointing.

I have order from them on Sept. 2nd, I received email that my product was shipped and still nothing as of Sept. 23rd. Tried sending email to them but no response. Worst Company ever! Do not order from this business. Oh and they took my Money as soon as I ordered it.! Such a RIP OFF!!

I would give this company 0 stars if possible! Do your research, read the reviews! If the merchandise doesn't fit, good luck getting a refund! I had to escalate a claim with PayPal after getting zero response from Seller. Shame on you!

Truly the worst customer service. Beware. They don’t respond. Thought I bought from a good company. But sadly not the case. I was sent two different styles but ordered the same pants. No response. Ordered shorts with pockets. Got shorts with none. Told me I ordered ones without. Never responded after I sent confirmation from them showing I ordered with pockets. There are plenty of reputable companies. Source them.
