Ordered 2 pair of leggings and was so excited to finally receive them. It took longer than expected. I needed a different size, so I emailed them regarding returning them. I was initially told I could not return them because it was outside of the 14 day window. I responded with an email proving the date I received them. I took them to the post office and returned them. Due to the July 4th holiday, the expected date of arrival at the company was no later than July 7th, but this was outside of their window. I sent them anyway and sent the company an email informing them. According to my tracking number, they did receive the leggings the week of July 4th and I still have not heard from the company, nor have I received my refund. I have emailed the company, but have not heard from them at all and it is July 20th. If you don’t know exactly what size you need, I don’t recommend ordering from them.

No way could I say one thing positive. 3 weeks no order, no communication and no way of contacting customer service. Zero stars from me. Feel like I was scammed.

I have not receive my order . It’s been 3 weeks now . Emailed them 3 x . Response was problem with inventory. I think I have been scammed.

Terrible. It ook forever to ship despite the 5 to 7-day commitment. I had carefully measured myself and ordered according to their chart, but the leggings were way too small. In addition, the leggings are yellowish, not the pure white they seem to be. According to their ad, "Easy Returns," I tried to find a way on the website, but nothing showed up. I had to write a bunch of emails before getting a response. They gave me an address where to return the leggings (at my cost), then nothing. I waited over a month, and still no refund. I sent them dozens of emails, all of which were replied to with a generic message about the leggings being on backorder. Finally, I had to dispute with my credit card company and finally got a refund (minus my shipping cost). SCAM!!!!!!!

Terrible from A to Z! First, it took 3 weeks to receive my order of white leggings. When it finally arrived, the leggings provided are a khaki color, and they are ribbed. On the tag it was labeled as white. This is nowhere near white! The picture showing the leggings I ordered showed bright white with no ribbing. So disappointed. I’ll be returning, if that becomes a problem, I’ll dispute the charge with my bank.

Follow the instructions with four contacts and zero response from the vendor. Documenting all of this to dispute with credit card company if I don’t hear from them by Monday. Very disappointing.
