Oh, I bought a pair of leggings and they ripped in the butt after the second time I wore them. They were also very see-through. I ordered a second pair before I realized the poor quality of the first pair so when the second pair arrived, I immediately returned them. I have reached out to customer service which is apparently just an email and I’ve tried to contact this company via social media with absolutely no response. Hopefully they will submit to me the money that they owe me for my return. As far as the first pair of pants go that have ripped in the butt… That is a loss for me because I can’t get a hold of customer service to stand behind their product, I would not recommend this company to anybody. This is been one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying workout pants. I hope nobody else has this experience, and I will never buy these pants again from this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of the exact same leggings, just different colors. One pair was white the other was black. While the one pair were good quality, thesecond pair were awful. Not even close to the same. The material, the fit, the style, all horrible. I emailed the conpany about this issue and never heard back.

The Facebook add compared the product to Lululemon. It said under the Lulu side that lulu was not made in US. I only ordered because I wanted American made products. My tags say made in China. As far as the 3-5 day shipping? Rubbish. Lies.

I ordered 3 pair of leggings. Shipping was ridiculous; kept getting delayed & rescheduled. One pair finally arrived & after trying them on, I k ew immediately I would be returning them. Quality is AWFUL! The fabric is scratchy, there’s no stretch, & they are see-through. 2 weeks later the second package arrived that SHOULD have completed my order, but was missing the 3rd pair of leggings. So I have 2 pair of leggings that I will never wear, paid for the 3rd but haven’t received it yet, & all I can hear are CRICKETS from this company. They have a short time frame for returns & you have to email to request a return. I have done that FOUR times & still haven’t heard back from this company. I have filed a claim with my bank against this company & will be reporting them to the BBB as well.

The product is great. But everything from processing to delivery time of yesterday and customer service was awful. As soon as I got order confirmation, I noticed that it size 4, not 10. I wrote multiple emails (one immediately)to customer service with not one response. Now, I have to pay to return?

I was not happy with the product I received. Returning the item was a challenge but sent it back within 2 days of receipt. I have not received a refund or any communications from Truefeat. I have no way to contact them. No email and no phone number available.

Product finally arrived. Took 3 weeks. Only 1/2 made it to my door. Products tag says made in China. The product that did arrive is cheap material. Customer service will not respond.

I haven’t received my order. I have sent 3 emails and no response. No way to track, These are all red flags. Don’t use this company.
