UPDATE: A very nice lady from customer service did respond to my email and refunded my money. She gave me the option to replace the leggings or a refund. That was yesterday and I received notification of the refund today. I will reorder in the future.

Their customer service is excellent. So helpful and responsive! And, regarding the product, I prefer their leggings over Lululemon and Athleta!

I was very surprised and happy to see that the white tights didn’t show any fat bulges or imperfections lol. I can actually wear white leggings with these, and I’ve never found anything close, so yes, I am happy.

Happily surprised! I bought a pair of the white leggings on a whim. I was excited that these don’t have harmful chemicals in the fabric like Lulu’s. These are also made in the USA 🇺🇸 which I loved. I wasn’t sure I’d like them but decided to give them a try and also added a black pair to my order because who ever has enough black leggings! The order was delayed and it took a while to receive, but WOW these are amazing. The fabric is so smooth, also thick and stretchy. The white is a beautiful off white color and you cannot see through them. Zero visibility of underwear - win. They have nice angled pockets and very flattering lines. I love them, already telling my family & friends about them. This is a safe purchase- you’re going to be obsessed 🤩!!!!

I needed to return the pants, as they did not fit properly. Customer service reached out and took care of me promptly, in fact it was within 24 hour of their email reply. No one can ask for better service. They are truly making a huge effort to keep their customers happy and I appreciate it!

The leggings are beautiful, soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, one seam was unravelling. When I reported the flaw, a lovely customer representative offered to refund my purchase and let me keep the product I purchased. With the refund, I will purchase another pair because they are so lovely.

I ordered two pair white and blue. They were definitely made from different material but both are comfortable and the material is good. The white is a heavier material and you can't see through them which is what I was hoping for. The white came in a size number and the blue was small. I ordered 2 small leggings. They fit fine. I normally wear size 6 in LuLu Lemon and the small and size 6 are the same.
