Truddle will take your payment instantly, but... * No download link provided. * Customer support phone number won't work. * Customer support email won't work. * Customer support web page won't work. * You'll end up begging your credit card to cancel the transaction. Trustpilot ranking was obviously bogus.

Bought CorelDraw for what I thought was a bargain. About 40 minutes later, received a download link and a serial number to enter for registration. Showed that this number was already used by another account. Did get a new serial number from Truddle the next day. This one would not activate at the Corel site. No further contact from Truddle after that. The link was for CorelDraw Technical Suite, which is a very expensive program and not what I ordered anyway. If it's too good to be true, it is. Also, original emails came from suspicious addresses. One said to contact someone at a .fr (France) email, and her email said "Traddle", not Truddle. My browser also warned me that this seemed like a dangerous email. I had to freeze my credit card. Just don't do it. Not worth it.

I purchased a three-year Revit license; it worked well for six months, but then it simply expired. I tried to get in touch but received no response.

SCAMERS SELLING CRACKED SOFTWARES WITH VIRUS.

Software downloaded onto my PC fine. But when I attempted to install it, all it did was close. I not only followed the company's directions, but I also received a phone call from a male employee who wanted to help me install the program. It still did not work. He then wanted access to my PC. That is a NO—first sign of a scam. Three times I requested a refund, and finally he is ok. Will never buy from this web address again. No software should require your PC's ID number for installation.

So I was looking at one of the software packages they sell and decided to confirm a few things and their phone rings once and hangs up. I have tried multiple times over several days and it is always the same. They have chat with an AI so i submitted a ticket with my name email address questions and phone number. no response over 3 days so far. I think it is pretty obvious this is a scam company and it appears they might be "selling" trial versions of the software, which is what i suspected and why I was asking them if they were charging me to download something that i was going to have to pay a subscription for after 30 days.

Truddle scam, I was purchasing Aspire Cam, Cad software. I never received the software and phone number did not belong to Truddle. And no response to email. Scam, Scam, Scam.
