Gary, Thank you for the feedback. I guessing your box arrived wet and the mattress was dry inside the packaging. Enjoy your mattress. John and Team

Benjamin, We hope you enjoy your mattress. We received the order on 8-9-18 Thursday and shipped the mattress on 8-13-18 Monday. We have seen some slow carrier delivery times lately. I tracked the package and shows being picked up on Monday and delivered on Friday. We would hope three stars give is for the shipping of the product and is not reflective of the product. Thank you and enjoy your new mattress. John
