Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly, from picking out a bed cover to ordering it. They coordinated a part necessary to complete the install with the manufacturer, and followed up on all the details. Top notch service.

Poorly engineered BAKflip G2 rails
I purchased a BAKflip G2. I'll give them a five star for price and customer service as they were very good about sending me a part that was missing from the order. However, the rails for the cover are poorly engineered. It was impossible to get the rail to be level as it always tilted down regardless of how the clamps were adjusted. If you examine the rails, it has a small wedge shaped foam piece which fits against the inside of the truck bed. The foam piece is thicker at the top than at the bottom. This causes the rail to tilt down when tightened to the side of the bed. The foam wedge needs to go in the opposite direction. Much wider than currently supplied at the bottom and thinner at the top. I added a foam piece I made to the rails (thicker at bottom) and reinstalled the rails. Perfectly level !!! So BAKflip gets a 1 star for the design. Once installed it was an exact fit lengthwise.and looked like it will seal well against rain.

Great experience
The website was easy to navigate. It had a perfect description of the tonneau cover I bought. The shipping was extremely fast and the product was great.It was my first purchase from truck bed supplies and overall I was very pleased with the experience.

Excellent product, quality support
The ordering was easy, product quality excellent. Their support for installation was patient and knowledgeable. One piece was defective but support was friendly and sent the replacement part quickly and it was easy to install. Great experience.
