What a sad situation for this company…
What a sad situation for this company in what I assume is a small mid-west town. Under staffed and do not respond to customer complaints or just general questions. They make a good, humane product, but they cannot seem to back it up. In a recent large order of 24 traps, a few were damaged in shipping and after weeks and multiple attempts to contact, just nothing. No response to emails or calls.
