Very easy, straightforward and delivered the product they advertised. Unlike other brokers who promise one thing but deliver another or cannot deliver what they promise. Trovy's technology-first approach also helped make the process smooth!

I was declined even though I met the criteria. Not a good experience. I was also approved by two other companies at the same time. They should be able to find my credit score accurately when two other companies did.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your feedback. Trovy's underwriting decisions are based on a consistent set of credit criteria applied to every applicant. We're not able to discuss individual account details in a public forum, but if you'd like to better understand the outcome of your application, we're happy to walk through it with you directly. Getting a HELOC with Trovy was incredibly easy and fast. The process was all done online and had access to funds within 4 days of closing. I was approved for $242k. The whole team especially Bryn were extremely helpful and happy to answer my questions and walked me through everything. I highly recommend their services!

What a splendid review Aaron—thank you so much! Glad to hear that the team was helpful during the process and it sounded like getting access to your funds was a breeze. Thank you for being a customer and don't hesitate to reach out for support.
Cheri
I had technical difficulties that made the experience frustrating but once we got past those it went pretty smoothly. Also it wasn’t clear that the draw charges were incurred on cash advances.

Hi Cheri, thank you so much for the review and for being a Trovy customer! We're so glad it came together smoothly once you got your documents uploaded. On the cash out fee, it's outlined on the offer page as well as on the first page of your HELOC agreement, but we're always happy to help walk through anything on the terms if it's ever helpful. Just reach out anytime! If you ever have questions along the way, our support team is just a message or call away and happy to help!
