Referral Bonus Honored
I chose Trovy for my HELOC and referred a friend Bruce Shultz who also used Trovy however because I was not aware of the referral link, no referral was given. I reached out and was unable to get this resolved until the head of customer service connected with me. I have to be honest, I did not expect such quick resolution and professional help but the referral bonus was honored and I appreciate the quick response. It has been a pleasure doing business with Trovy. Highly recommend!! Thank you

Disappointed
I was disappointed in how complicated it is to link a bank account! I still have not completed the process and received no timely response to my request for help. It is not as easy process as is portrayed online.

application process was easy to use
application process was easy to use and follow. Customer service helped out by getting papers together for review. Chris and Brynn was big help. Was told they would call me back in a couple minutes, they did. One of the best customer services I have deal with in awhile...closing was a breeze, only took about 15 minutes and that was reading the papers prior to signing with notary....

I don’t like changing my password…
I don’t like changing my password everytime I access site. Getting old & on my nerves. Your software engineer needs to address issue. I realize your company is young, but it is ridiculous to constantly change password. I am not very happy at this point

Easy process
Easy process. Loading of docs also easy. If you’re good with technology, even easier. Got consistent updates on the process. Would recommend.
