Competitive rate, mostly smooth, quick process.

Good: 1) Very competitive rates. I have excellent credit and got Prime + 0. 2) Very fast process overall. I was approved within an hour of starting the process. 3) Responsive customer service/tech support. I had an issue with the application and they fixed it quickly. Not as good: 1) Note: this is more of a preference. They need your USERNAME AND PASSWORD to your bank to verify your income. That made me very uncomfortable. 2) The process did have a few hitches and "side quests" due to a 100% online process (even the document signing process.) I think it will get better over time. 3) (Related to #1 above). If Trovy is similar to other online lenders, they will continue to monitor your banking activity and could unilaterally raise your interest rate. We shall see how that goes. Overall: I recommend the product if you are comfortable with technology (and giving them access to your bank account).

We did want to clarify a few things on the bank connection, because we completely understand why that gave you pause: **Bank linking is optional.** It's one way to verify income, but you can always upload documents (pay stubs, tax returns, etc.) instead — no bank credentials required. That choice is entirely yours. **We never receive your credentials.** The bank connection is handled through a secure third-party service (similar to how many financial apps work). Your username and password go directly to that service — Trovy never sees them. **We don't have ongoing access to your accounts.** Once verification is complete, that's it. We're not monitoring your banking activity. **We can't change your rate based on income changes after your loan closes.** Your APR is tied to the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate plus your margin, not your income or account balances. We have no mechanism to unilaterally raise your rate based on anything else. Thanks again for recommending Trovy, and please don't hesitate to reach out if anything comes up!

Easy process
Easy process. My questions were answered clearly and without any mumbo-jumbo. + I liked not having instantly draw out big chunks of the credit line to get the program started.

Easy and Fast
The process was very easy and I could do everything sitting in my living room. Super fast response times from initial inquiry. I liked that most of the documents were clear and nicely organized.

The application process did go fast and…
The application process did go fast and was easy to complete overall. The information is straightforward and easy to understand. I do wish that the cards were delivered faster otherwise so far so good.
