I ordered two keys but when they arrived neither worked. A representative from Trouble Free Keys assisted me and eventually I was able to slide them into the lock and they work perfectly. I appreciated the customer service and would not hesitate to purchase more keys from this company.

The key was shipped fast! I purchased the key for a desk drawer my new employer didn’t have the key for, I looked up the key number on the lock and was pretty sure it was the same maker. So happy I can lock my desk now.
