I have had wonderful experiences with my training sessions. They do a great job of putting you at ease

Been with Trouble Defense since about 2015 and Sheena make sure that I have everything I need to move forward, never had any issues and always pleasant. No complaints here👍🏾

THREE failed attempts for gun cleaning class. Yes, that's right. Instructors failed to show up or were over 30-minutes late 3x for a gun cleaning class. Added one more star for full refund. I highly do NOT recommend.

I had a brief window to have a shoot before returning to Australia and Trouble Defence's Tourist Range Package was perfect. Going into the experience, I had almost zero experience with firing handguns. But after the hour under Sheena's instruction, I felt I left with a solid enough base that I could have comfortably gone out on my own. Also, finishing the experience with the bullpup shotgun was a real blast, pardon the pun.

Our instructor, Hayley, was fantastic! There were three of us in our group (with varying degrees of familiarity with firearms), and she seamlessly tailored her instructions for each of us. She was knowledgeable, patient and excellent. With respect to the company and making arrangements for the lesson, the customer service was impeccable. We will definitely continue with this experience and with Hayley!

Easy and straightforward training and instructions,, which allowed me to be more comfortable with shooting at the range. Signed up for the monthly meet up to continue the learning.

I recently completed my CCW training in Virginia and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The class time was communicated clearly, and I promptly received my certificate after completion. As someone with no prior experience, I especially appreciated how patient and supportive the instructors were. They took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable during the hands-on activity. Their guidance made what could have been an intimidating process feel approachable and even enjoyable. Overall, the training was professional, well-structured, and confidence-building. I would highly recommend this class to anyone seeking their CCW in Virginia, whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking to refresh your skills.

Trouble Defense's class was just what I needed to feel informed and prepared to take the next steps in owning a fire arm. The knowledge and patience of the instructors Hayley and Lacey help all of the students feel comfortable. I am now ready to schedule a private lesson and continue to work with Trouble Defense to develop my skills.
