Reviewing my first transaction with Tronics Pay and I am impressed with keeping their customer’s well informed throughout the process: shipping updates, product evaluation and quick payout. Very well thought out operation and customer engagement.

Made several transactions with this company and every time they keep their words. Be honest in your selection and they will ensure they keep their promise. Looking forward for future transactions.

I wasn’t sure if I could trust this service but was pleasantly surprised. The communication was great and they paid for the device as promised. Highly recommend!

Sending a smartphone worth hundreds of dollars to an unseen, unfamiliar, online buyer who simply texts a promise to pay requires a fair amount of trust -- or maybe just hope in humanity. Other online companies should take a marketing lesson from TronicsPay (TP). After offering a very fair price for my Galaxy S22U, TP immediately began the free shipping process supported by close customer contact. After dropping my S22U in the mail, I received frequent text updates from TP tracking my S22U’s progress through the USPS system. On the first business day after TP received the phone, I had the full, agreed-upon price ”venmo’ed” to my account. The whole selling process was easy to navigate, fair to me, and without pressure or hassle. Great job!

I sold my Samsung Galaxy S21+ for the highest price any other seller was willing to pay. The whole process was well organized. Upon return, the technician pointed out a few flaws that I did not see but also reported that phone was unlocked. I was happy with the final evaluation and offer. I received payment within 3 days.
