ZERO STARS! They never sent my Hey Dude Shoes! Rip off! Do not buy from them. They are fake! They do not send out a product. They need to be reported. I am calling my credit card to report them there.

I literally copied this review to save my time writing it because it is EXACTLY the same thing that happened to me. I ordered some Hey Dudes fover a month ago and it said a few days for delivery. I did do some research and it took me to a site for clothes so I assumed it was legit. Hindsight being 20/20… the site I ordered from looked EXACTLY like the Hey Dudes website, and the prices were literally unbelievable. They had me believing it was a flash sale only available for 24 hours so I bought 6 pair. I received a tracking number and it updated (albeit very slowly). As soon as it said it was delivered to the post office sorting room, I stopped getting updates and NEVER received the package. This was the first and only time I will ever buy from a site that I found on social media. 🤦‍♀️ Again, my fault not doing a complete analysis of the website, but if you’re not careful anyone could fall for the trap. PLEASE: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!

This place is a scam. They use 2 Caucasian female that is advertising HeyDudes on Facebook and Instagram. When you click on the site. It seems too good to be true. I bought 5 pairs of HeyDudes because it had to be over $30 for free shipping. I have not received a tracking or anything, but they already got my money. So here I am freaking out and email them since they have no number. I told them I order on Saturday and it should have been here since the shipping stated 2 to 3 days. So they sent me a tracking number and said we will expedite your order. Still nothing and the tracking said it has not left the facility which is coming from China. So now I'm pissed and ready to get my refund, but didn't want to get scam already knowing that I was scammed. So I kept emailing them about them being scammers. The shipping was a lie cause they told me 15 days and I said nu uh ya said 2 to 3 days in bold letters. But I got my refund back after hassling them to refund me. I had to stop seeing ads from them on Facebook and Instagram cause they were fake and fraudulent. I warned others as the comment and showed screenshots. Try to get people to avoid this scammed website. I hope it works. If not I hope they find this post a rethink of trochage.com. (I went to Shoe Department and got my boyfriend his first HeyDude. Yes it was $59.99, but it was worth it than waiting for nothing to come.)
