I was contacted by Trivium for an Amazon Advertising Strategy role and agreed to move forward with the interview process. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became frustrating and unprofessional. The initial interview was rescheduled multiple times (3–4 times), with updates sent via email each time. While occasional rescheduling is understandable, the frequency here showed a lack of respect for my time. At some point, I was asked to complete a Cultural Index test. I chose not to proceed with it, as I don’t personally believe such tests are a reliable way to evaluate candidates—especially without even having a proper conversation first. What made the situation worse was that, after repeatedly rescheduling the interview and never actually holding it, I received a rejection email stating that I was not selected due to the Cultural Index test. So to summarize: I was approached by them, not the other way around The interview was postponed multiple times No actual interview ever took place I was rejected based on a test I didn’t complete This raises serious concerns about their hiring process and internal organization. It feels disjointed, impersonal, and disrespectful toward candidates’ time and effort. I would strongly suggest improving communication, reducing unnecessary steps, and actually conducting interviews before making decisions.

Set up interview with me and ghosted me. The company seems like a scam.
