This company is crap if you can’t even give me a real tracking number on 3 different tracking sites and every one of them said it basically doesn’t exist. Why the hell would i trust buying a $400 ring if you can’t give me real tracking on a free ring sizer. No thanks

I ordered a ring for my fiancé and it says two day shipping. 3 weeks later it's not here and customer service sends limited responses with no indication of when it'll be shipped. I wouldn't have spent 1K on a ring from this company if I knew they weren't going to uphold their 2 day shipping guarantee.

I got a triton ring (8MM Tungsten Carbide Ring - Diagonal Cut Center and Step Edge) maybe a month ago or less. Loved it while it lasted - it had a great shine and seemed very hard - no scratches of any kind. However one day while washing my hands, the ring slipped, off, fell about 3 feet onto a slate floor, and then exploded into three pieces. On closer inspection, it appeared that the ring is made of four separate pieces - all literally glued together (!!??). There's an 'inner ring' and then the carved portion is glued on top, with a top-most ring and bottom-most ring glued on either side. The design is good - but I would never have spent over $200 on a ring that is LITERALLY GLUED TOGETHER. To be fair - the glue seemed like the strongest part of the ring - when the ring struck the floor, the inner band actually shattered (because it was less than a millimeter thick...) and this caused a razor sharp chip to fly out, and dislodged the top ring component. Tungsten is known to be brittle - I'm sure Triton glues its rings together because they can re-use the same inner ring with different outer designs, but yikes...talk about a cheap short-cut that makes the ring terrible.

I ordered my fiance's wedding band directly from Triton. We were married at the end of July. No more than 3 WEEKS from our wedding, my husband came home from work--where he works keyboarding at a desk all day as an IT professional, mind you--and his ring was really chipped. I spent the next several days going back and forth with phone calls and emailing messages and photos of the damage to Triton's parent company Frederick Goldman, Inc. trying to get some help. They were less than quick to accommodate. It was only when I finally became fed up and explained how I would be sending out negative reviews regarding both Triton Jewelry and Frederick Goldman, Inc. to let others know to be aware of this product and these companies, was I met with an agreement to replace the ring. We received it in Sept. 2022. Now fast-forward to yesterday...when my husband came home from work--where he STILL sits at a desk keyboarding all day--and his replacement ring had a large "chunk" missing from the edge and the band was cracked all the way through. Mind you...he has only had this replacement ring for 7 months. Clearly Triton's claim of using, "hero metal...built to last, tough as they come," is not at all the truth. I will be telling any and all future jewelry shoppers I know to...BEWARE OF TRITON JEWELRY JUNK AND FREDERICK GOLDMAN, INC. CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. At this point, I am not sure I trust anything about them or their products.

Terrible customer service. (Oscar Rubi) My daughter ordered a wedding band for her fiancé and the ring sent was the wrong size, she ordered an 11 and they sent an 11.25. The ring cannot be sized at a jewelry store. She just wanted the correct size sent, no refund, but was told by the above man that she was a liar. Even the English in the email from him is incorrect. Save your money and never order from these people. They are scammers.

If I could put negatives stars I would. I ordered a size 11 and they sent me a size 11.25 (stated 11 on shipping print out and I had the ring sized at Kay Jewelers). I have called multiple times and a man has stated that I lied on the phone saying it was a size 12. I sent pictures of proof and he refuses to acknowledge them. The ring is beautiful, but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Total scam. They are cheating women out of money when they are already low from planning weddings. I will tell everyone I know about how horrible they are.

Made an order and didn't see the ring size in confirmation email. I immediately reached out to confirm the ring size and no one returned my email. The ring came and was not the size I needed. I reached out to company and explained the above scenario. I was told to email him the confirmation email and my unanswered question about the ring size. He told me IF you hear anything back, it will be in 4 business days. I asked why he said "if" and he wouldn't elaborate. I told him it sounded like he didn't think I would get a response. Sure enough, I never heard anything back and I'm out over $700. I do not recommend buying from this company. No one will return an email with a response. It's a scam! Ring was engraved, but no confirmation of ring size, only metal, width, and engraved characters.
