How the duration of the trip is counted…
How the duration of the trip is counted by Triptile is confusing. My 16 day trip adds up to 21 days on Triptile. This needs to be fixed.

Dear Steven, thank you for your feedback. We have renamed "days" into "nights" to make it more clear how many days your trip lasts. We have also added feature "no overnight stay" which lets you add a hub without having to stay there. Please check out your itinerary now and let us know if it makes more sense now. I cannot get rid of the default
I cannot get rid of the default , that only lets me see itinerary for the 2nd destination for 3 days, I want 7 nights for the 2nd destination. also, how do you view the price or get confirmation of anything?? no number to call.... or make specific tailored custom changes??? not user friendly, disrupts my confidence level with triptile.

Hello, Its regretful to see this 1-star because: - We contacted you and assisted with modifying days and nights. You just did not understand that default day by day descriptions were recommended program, that their text does not change depending on how many days you select. - We also informed you that we are rolling out the price display feature in middle of July. You just did not answer when we provided you with this information. - As for number to call, we display it at the bottom of each itinerary and on the website. There are many ways to reach us, but phone, but email, by live chat on the website. We clearly display all of our contact details all over the website. You just failed to notice them for some strange reason. Finally, we are confident that Triptile is the most user-friendly and most powerful trip builder in the world, it seems that you just did not get it. We wish you good luck with other trip builders and look forward to seeing you back, because after trying all else you will come back, we are certain. Regards, Triptile Team
