SCAM! This is federal. How are they allow to do this? I paid for tickets that I never received. When I called the Airlines today I don't have reservations.

PLEASE Don’t ever try to book with this company it’s a SCAM….they "sell cheap tickets to you" and later after they indicate to confirm payment through email they will change your flight. They will provide this customer service number indicated names such as Elena and Rodrigo 1-800-480-4871 but they will never answer after booking is confirmed. I supposed to be traveling in 12 hours and still don’t have neither confirmation or tikctet.

Don’t ever use this company. Although cheap it’s a scam….they change flights throughout the process after you have paid and make you pay in along the way. When I tried to cancel because of the increase in price they would not refund me. Supposed to be traveling today and still don’t have a confirmation.

Do not buy tickets with them, this is a scam. I bought a ticket and when I went to board the plane, they did not let me because the ticket the gave me was considered fraudulent. I called them and they did not return my money. They supposedly gave me credit. They told me another day for the ticket and they never sent me the confirmation. They are scammers.

Es ESTAFA, hicieron 2 cobros indebidos a la tarjeta de crédito que usé para hacer una reserva de vuelo, me llegó correo y me llamaron para decir que la reserva no se había confirmado, yo indiqué que ya no quería porque me ofrecían montos mayores por los vuelos, y jamás fueron confirmados los vuelos, NUNCA RECIBÍ TICKETS, y horas después cobraron valores mucho más altos que el valor de los tickets que yo quería comprar, tengan cuidado por favor, no hagan transacciones con ellos, busquen agencias confiables, es una ESTAFA TOTAL, está conectada con JET COST, no escojan esas páginas de vuelos baratos, son ESTAFA... ya no dan respuesta, menos solución.

Trate de reservar por que el precio está demasiado atractivo. Y porque eran abiertamente expuestos con su página y número de teléfono, y recibí una llamada que el precio es equivocado y cuesta el doble. No son confiables y no se porque le dejan la página abierta si todos confirman que es una página de estafadores. Aquí estoy tratando de cancelar la tarjeta.

Tuve dos vuelos con ellos y aunque terminaron respondiendo siempre fue demasiado complicado para mi y estresante estar al pendiente por que mis vuelos siempre aparecían cancelados, si no estuviera al pendiente e insistiendo hubiera perdido mi dinero. Lo peor de lo peor, necesitaba viajar en la mañana y me lo cancelaron diciendo que fue la aerolínea cuando eso nunca fue así.
