Awful experience and never thought the corporate sponsored company would be such a scam. I had purchase flight tickets through ticketsatwork and they outsource to trip planet which is an awful company and needs to be sued and shut down. There is no customer service, they charge for services that are never provided. I had paid $850 for seat selection when purchased the tickets and they never made it to the airlines. I then paid the airlines to get the seats and opened a dispute with trip planet. 60 days in and no action or anything by the company. I have essentially double paid for the seats.
