I got the best prize in peak time with my preferred airline. Thank you trippact and the agent Neha from TripPact who helped me to best deal.

This is the second time we are actually using Trippact. And Jagriti was the one who helped us out with finalizing our itinerary. Hats off for the patience that she had with us. And will definitely have a return feedback once we have the trip completed, to share how smooth or south it goes from here on. But as for the booking, she really took care of us and went through the best options for us considering all the hurdles we had for her. Have to give a thumbs up to Priyanka as well, who helped us out the previous time. Where-in we had a pretty odd request to get a layover of two days, and she was able to help us out pretty well enough. Apart from the fact that the itinerary didnt come up proper and we were left in a limbo for a long time, thinking if our bookings were completed or not, as the airline didnt confirm that we had the tickets. We were relieved as soon as we were at the airport and they did issue the tickets for us. This is the only reason for a 4 star and not a 5. Hope we do have a smooth sail for our upcoming travel, and a huge shout-out for both Jagriti and Priyanka to aiding us to their best.

I spoke to Yogesh and it was throughout a good experience of booking a ticket, especially after handling my fussiness :). All the best for going forward.

Well Ticketing travel always a challenge for every one , particularly for me and whom lives a donkey life , well initially I was so delighted The gentle lady helped , the next day I a simple try of searching a different date lost old rate and ended up paying 88$ , any way all together we can't count nick and dimes , hallelujah brought forget it , all together it is ok as u can afford it. Finally all had to make living ...

Very nice people. Got ticket at very decent price

I liked the services and choices provided by Neha and Jasmeet. I would recommend them to my friends.

They got me a good deal. It was quick and done professionally. I would definitely recommend them.

It's was all a delima to get a personalized flight with layovers, and in the busiest season of the year but my agent, Jasmeet did a great job, got me comfortable with the payment system, which I was very skeptical about. All in all a great flight booking I had.
