Been dealing with them for 6 years but I had non of any of those bad experiences that I would label them or come to a conclusion that they are scammers. There are registered Merchants or "Fulfillers" from different parts of the world under TripleClicks but I have not had any problem with the ones that I have them yet. From digital books/reports to Electronics Devices. I still shop at Amazon even after I had a bad experience with one of their Fulfillers, charging me twice for a soft bound book that I ordered, may be it was my fault but then I ended up receiving two of the same book later lol.
