Triple-AReviews of triple-a.io

Triple-A received my 111.91 USDT Ethereum payment for a Cryptorefills order but rejected it. I currently have neither the product nor the refund. I paid through FixedFloat, so the sending wallet does not belong to me. I have contacted support asking them to let me provide my own refund address, or supply the refund transaction hash and destination address if it has already been sent. This payment experience has been frustrating. Please resolve the refund promptly and provide a clear update. I will update this review when the issue is resolved.

I pay in crypto for the products I buy. This service held my payment and demanded a kyc check just to give me a refund. I provided everything they asked for but they still have not returned my money to me. My dealings with M𝚘netian...have been pretty simple. I haven't had money held back over identity checks or other account problems.

I have sent my funds to my ZEN Account, unfortunately, seems like I was short of funds, and I have sent small additional ammounts to compensate the difference. However, I got no email from Triple-A to either get a refund, or add more funds, or answer to my emails that I sent to report this. Ticket number is : #134333. It is more than 24h and I am truly worried and I am having a lot of issues because my funds are hold and there is no communication.

A marketplace is using this provider for crypto payments. I was using crypto withdrawal for over a year with out changing the deposit address or making any changes at all. After a year they blocked the withdrawal option for me. I have tried to reach out their support to get the reason of that but i have got no response. I even offered to do additional KYC or any type of verification. Moreover i had to wait for 3-4 days to get a single response from their team. Horrible service. Not recommended

First they reject my btc payment, then their refund is less than i paid + they set ultra low fees so it tool like 6 hours
