Worst crypto transaction service ever. I am g2g seller. My only option to withdraw founds is cryptocurrency (USDT). Bad luck that only G2G crypto provider is scammers Triple-A. They just ban my account making withdraws impossible and when i ask them for reasons get only generic: "As a licensed payment service provider, we have to remain aligned with regulatory obligations and internal compliance standards. In certain cases, we may need to take a more cautious approach, even if there are no immediate concerns observed." My experience with this company has been very disappointing I contacted customer support regarding a payment issue, but it's now been 5 days and I still haven't received any response. When you're dealing with payment problems, waiting this long without any update is frustrating and makes it feel like customer support doesn't really care about its users. I would recommend thinking carefully before using this service if reliable customer support is important to you. I also noticed that many of the recent 5-star reviews in 2026 are marked as: "This reviewer was automatically invited to write a review following their experience with the company. This type of review is automatically labeled verified." I'm not saying those reviews are fake, but seeing so many reviews with the same verification label makes me question whether the overall rating reflects the experience of customers who encounter problems and need support. I hope the company improves its customer service because, based on my experience, it has been very disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with Triple-A. First of all, their verification form simply doesn't work. It is impossible to upload the required documents, which blocks the entire process from the start. To make matters worse, their customer support is incredibly slow to respond to emails. We are dealing with financial matters here, and treating important transactions with this much delay is unacceptable. It feels like they simply do not care about their clients' time or money. I do not recommend this service.

Terrible customer support. My crypto withdrawals from G2G were blocked. I was asked to complete KYC, and I successfully submitted my passport over two weeks ago through their secure link (Ticket #112891). Since then, I have been completely ghosted. No replies to my emails, and my account remains restricted. It is unacceptable to hold funds and ignore verified users. Please resolve this immediately.

I tried to buy an account on zeusx.com and paid through their Triple-A crypto checkout.
