terrible company, made me pay before then telling me i would have to complete kyc, which i cant because im not 18 if for whatever reason this company decides to help unlike their support, my transaction id is NRX-623603-PMT, and just send the funds back to the address they were sent from edit/response: do you not read the damn message, i said i cant complete your POI because im under 18

On one of the services where I needed to top up my balance with cryptocurrency, I chose this provider — and deeply regretted it. Even though they received my money, which was sent from a well-known CEX and therefore was completely clean, they had some kind of "problem" with my payment, even though there are no real problems at all. I've been waiting for a response from their support for almost an hour now, but judging by the reviews here, they are in no hurry to resolve such issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ​I am writing this to warn others about the unreliable service of Triple-A. ​I requested a refund of $287.71 USD. Triple-A status shows 'Refund is successful!' and instructs me to check my Binance account (Reference: TNT-407426-PYT). However, I have received absolutely nothing in my Binance wallet. ​It has been 4 days since I filed a formal complaint regarding this issue, and the support team has completely ignored me. They claim the transaction is successful while the funds have clearly not been processed. ​Do not trust this platform with your funds. I am still waiting for my money and receiving zero support. If you are experiencing similar issues, be aware that their 'Success' status might be inaccurate.

Watch out, they're scam! First time using them, always paying in crypto for products I buy and they are one of the scam services that will hold your payments and then ask you to KYC just to "refund". As they're EU regulated I will be reporting them to both Eu and Singapore authorities if they don't return my money in next 48 hours. BJM-551994-PMT They have no right to keep my funds and even more so to do blackmailing just to collect personal data of hundreds of thousands of users. Update as of 8/27 they have not refunded my money so I've reported them to ACPR and AMF and have a press release coming. Will be contacting companies that work with them to show them that they're dealing with scammers who steal their customers money with illegal practices.

My payment (AWE-338137-PMT, Support Ticket #122213) was successfully sent on-chain, but the payment was not processed and I never received the purchased product. The support experience has been extremely disappointing. After opening my ticket, I had to repeatedly follow up just to receive a response. Eventually, I was informed that a refund had supposedly been initiated and that I should have received an email titled "Refund Available For Withdrawal." However, no such email ever arrived, not even in my spam folder. I then contacted support again, asking where the refund had been sent and requesting the refund transaction ID so I could verify it on the blockchain. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received no reply and no refund transaction details. For a cryptocurrency payment provider, transparency and timely support are essential. Simply claiming that a refund has been initiated without providing any proof or transaction hash is unacceptable.
