Hi Hamady Upon verification in our system, we indeed observed a short payment which is due to receiving less cryptocurrency than the required amount. You should have received an email with the instructions to top-up the missing amount. If the received amount fails to match the required, a refund will be initiated. How to prevent this situation from re-occurring? When proceeding with a cryptocurrency payment, always ensure to send the expected amount in cryptocurrency on the designated wallet address, in order to avoid any short payment scenario.
