We had a very disappointing experience with TripingGuide. They created and maintained a Google Maps listing for our accommodation without our permission and used our photos. After we contacted them, it took over a month before they finally removed the property from their own website. However, they still refuse to remove the Google Maps listing, despite repeated requests. Their responses were often disrespectful, and many of our emails were simply ignored. As a result, our permanently closed accommodation continues to appear on Google Maps with our copyrighted photos, causing confusion for potential guests. We cannot recommend doing business with this company.

I offer my accommodations through Airbnb and Booking.com. The fraudulent company tripingguide.com registered a link to its website on Google Maps without asking me, the owner, for permission. So if a customer were to pay for a stay, I wouldn’t know about it at all, and the money would go to this fraudulent company. Furthermore, half of the photos were taken from my webpage on Booking.com, which are copyrighted!, and the other half were stolen by this company from somewhere else entirely and DO NOT SHOW photos of my accommodation.
