Very unprofessional and fraud agency
Very unprofessional and fraud agency. They booked my ticket in Lot Polish and my flight got cancelled and they were informed well 20 days in advance but this guy Pankaj never informed me and when I got this information during web checkin. So after dangling for 2 days I got my new ticket at inflated price. During booking I was told that my ticket will be refundable but now when I am trying to cancel the ticket but this guy Pankaj and Triparies are saying that ticket is non refundable. Please don’t book any ticket from these guys.
