TRIO FlatmountTRIO starts in a garage. A husband and wife building custom luxury camper vans get a question from a customer: can a Starlink dish stay mounted on the van instead of being set up and torn down every day? Nothing on the market holds a dish securely, protects it, and still comes off in seconds. So they build it, and it defines a category.Today TRIO engineers low-profile, no-drill Starlink mounting solutions for RVs, vans, trucks, boats, commercial vehicles, and anything else that travels. Every mount installs without drilling a single hole and is built to handle highway speed and the worst weather you can drive into. We also make the attachments and 12V power accessories that complete a setup, so the whole system comes from one place and actually fits together.Van-life travelers, first responders, extreme sports crews, and plenty of regular people with a van run TRIO. We use high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship, and we answer every message person to person. All TRIO mounts are covered by the TRIO Lifetime Guarantee.

Starlink Mini Mount. I purchased this mount to put in my new vehicle which has a sunroof, and the idea was that I would not have to alter my vehicle. The mount did not work and fell multiple times hitting me in the head and hitting my wife once. Trio offered to replace the suction cups but they were the issue and I did not feel that a new set of the same junk would fix the problem. They argued with me only replying to email every two or three days until the warranty ran out, then tried to tell me I was out of warranty period. Keep in mind I tried to make the mount work, and apparently it got scratched during one of the failures. So after finally convincing them to take the return, I was told they could not put the mount back out for resale (Non-working mind you) and they couldn't give me a full refund. I would not recommend the suction cup mounts to anyone, they do not work and are poorly made.

Hi Brian, thank you for the review. We take reports of a mount losing suction very seriously, and we're glad nobody was hurt. On the return process: we understand it took too long. Your case came in right around Labor Day, which slowed our response times, and the back and forth on the return condition added more time. That's not the experience we want for any customer. The mount was credited at 50% due to its condition on return and the missing suction cup covers, while you kept the cable. We take this feedback seriously as we keep improving both the product and our support. Team TRIO

Our TRIO Gen 3 Standard Speedmount with magnets flew off the roof of our truck on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The company assured us that it would hold at high speed. It was a calm day, so there were no additional wind forces at play. That's $300 for the speedmount and $350 for the Starlink dish down the drain.
