The underwear and clothes I received were cute and I liked the fun cuts. However, they ran smaller than the sizing guides listed so I'd recommend getting a size up. Also the quality of the waistbands on the underwear was subpar. Overall, I would consider getting something else if it was a style and cut I couldn't find anywhere else and I thought it was cute.

Their sizing guide is incorrect. After measuring and even ordering a size down, the item was way too large. They would issue a refund when I brought this to their attention. Please don’t shop here if you value your money and service.

Order#T12606160222372809, placed Jun 2026. The shirt I received doesn't match the product shown on the website. The material is different (advertised as 100% cotton, support said cotton linen blend, feels like polyester), the buttons are black instead of white, and the trim stitching is dark blue instead of white. I contacted support to return it, and they refused to cover return shipping. The cost to ship it back is roughly 1/3 the price of the item, which makes returning it pointless. This is clearly the calculation they're counting on. Advertising a product one way and then making it uneconomical to return the mismatch isn't acceptable. Buy with the assumption you're stuck with whatever shows up.
