The process of ordering was smooth. No problem during checkout or applying discounts. The store's rewards program was highly advantageous. I purchased gardening tools at unbeatable prices. The package was received promptly, shipped out quickly and safely delivered.

I placed an order with your company. I received my unit within a week. Good job. The "Ju1ce box" seems to be a pretty good unit to squeeze out a little "dab" from "flower". It is not really good for bubble hash, keif, or trim. But small nuggets of flower will get you some dab.

Product didn't come with bud press or papers or a collector I was unaware that the press didn't come with the press or papers more importantly the flower press to make the puck for the device.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. It seems there may have been a mix-up with the product you intended to purchase. The item you received is our "Press Only" product, which is a standalone tool. We do offer several comprehensive kits that include extra accessories like papers and a collector, but these are separate products and are listed at a different price point to reflect the additional items. If you'd like assistance or are interested in purchasing additional accessories, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team directly. We would be happy to help you.

I purchased a set of Spider Farmer IR and UV supplemental light bars from Trimleaf and received them 3 days later with standard post inside the US. The packaging was excellent. The price was right on and the bars are amazing. I will definitely choose Trimleaf again. Thank you for the wonderful transaction.

First time dealing with this company but the transaction was flawless! They actually reached out to me to see if they could help me with my order and I jumped on their offer. Very professional yet friendly without being pushy. Purchased multiple pieces of AC Infinity equipment and everything arrived, including led lights, in perfect order and packed well. Will be a repeat customer.
