Great purchasing experiences! I've had great purchasing experiences with Trimleaf. I have made five separate purchases from them and have been satisfied each time. There was a shipping glitch once, but as soon as I alerted the company, they were helpful and responsive and the problem was resolved quickly. It was actually a great TRIMLEAF review that motivated me to call and buy my new 5 tray HarvestRight medium freeze dryer through them. Just finished batch 10 and I have to say, so far there have been no issues. Everything is turning out and working great.
