It took 3-4 weeks to get my order
It took 3-4 weeks to get my order, they used Fed-X to ship and was told that they would be making an appointment with me for the delivery of my order. Well let me inform you that it is NOT an appointment it is a 4 hour approximation of when it might get delivered. So instead of loosing a half days pay to be waiting for the delivery at my house. I had to deal with Fed-X to make arrangements for me to pick my order up from the Fed-X shipping facility but they had to get permission from the shipper i.e Trimleaf for me to do so. Otherwise I would have to loose at least a half days pay for Fed-X to deliver it. In my opinion! Telling your costumer that an appointment will be made for delivery then to find out that it’s not but an approximate time is really Jacked up. NOT COOL!!!
