Total scam, they changed one digit in my postcode so I wouldn’t receive my order and refused to correct their mistake

Placed an order and never received!!! I contacted them numerous times and they never responded Don’t order from them. If I can give them 0 stars, I would.

I’ve ordered from a few shops and I have received everything from the shops I have ordered and paid with Trill. Some shops say they accept payments with Trill and send out the product when the cash outs are working. Last night we stayed in a hotel and we had lots of food and drink. Everything paid with Trill. I’m very happy

They are scammers or purely incompetent at this point. I placed an order for a large Mortality sweater during October 2021 it’s February now no update in sight and no refund. The tracking they give just reroutes to a help screen their support doesn’t respond anymore at this point I want my money back and a report to the better business bureau is underway.

I never received my order after over two months and never received a refund.

I placed my order on November 11th and never received an update after the confirmation. It is January 14th.
