Take the guess work out of training! This program does all the thinking for you so you just get to show up and train without worrying about over or under doing it. The app is easy to use and integrates well with garmin and gives you fun little bonuses and awards along the way. I’m spending fewer hours training with better results than any prior plan. They aren’t kidding when they say it’s about doing the right training right.
