Extremely unprofessional experience with Tribeca Lawsuit Loans. My only conversation with William was the initial application call. After that, he ignored my emails and provided no updates, even though my attorneys responded to every request for information almost immediately — sometimes in less than an hour. Eventually, without even informing me, William handed me off to someone at a completely different company who didn’t even seem to know who I was. When I finally spoke with him, he was cocky and dismissive and told me he doesn’t even help people like me unless surgery is involved. If that was the criteria, I should have been told upfront instead of being ignored and passed around. Completely unacceptable communication and follow-through.

Dealt with a William Flavin; he's a complete idiot. He is unprofessional and careless. Luckily, I looked at all their bad reviews online before I went through with funding. See Yelp for more accurate reviews. Google reviews are fake and employee reviews. ***UPDATE*** It's also funny how all of a sudden this "WIlliam" has 3 positive reviews all after I posted my review. Can you say employee reviews at the direction of management???

My first experience was wonderful with a young lady name of Jennifer, Jessica one of them I just can’t remember but she was out of Sunrise Florida. She was wonderful. I have no problem with her. She was wonderful. I went to her twice hands-down wonderful this time around I went to someone named William. I would not recommend him to nobody OK when I’m going to post our texts so you can see how far in between. It took him to contact me for any update. It seems like I was bothering him. I never felt like this before with any company. This is unreal even if it’s bad information still relied information to me don’t have me sitting around here doing footwork like I work for the company I have to call you 24 seven to see what’s going on because you’re not saying anything to me like these are the type of things people don’t need to go through especially When we’re borrowing money that we have to pay back plus interest like let it make it make sense, do your job I’m contacting you. You’re not picking up going to voicemail than a voicemail for our will post everything so you guys can see how I’m not even joking a lie this is absolutely absurd and ridiculous to where I just got fed up and I just told them don’t I don’t wanna do anything with you guys no more and just to see my payout because this was this is ridiculous. Nobody should not be treated that way now if you’re gonna come to this company, please go to Jennifer, Jessica that’s her name like I said she was wonderful. She left a great taste in my mouth to where I wanted to go back and I went back and then I got William and this is where the crap went left. This is where crappy service came to me.

I called this company one time . And they wrote me a very nasty text message. I never spoke to them in person . They wrote stop blowing up my phone. I literally called them one time . To get information about their loan services

I called tribecca about 2 weeks never heard back from him (don't know his name). The add says will get back to you in 24 hours. I can handle a 'NO' but no answer at all that's bad business I'm the type of person that doesn't like to ask for help especially in my case so thank u and have a great day

William called me regarding an online application, clearly he was at home I heard a crying baby the entire conversation, very unprofessional, made me uneasy, I would have preferred him deal with the baby first, didn’t like that to start off. Then I am fact checking my entire settlement as much as possible, I don’t trust people when they are too quick to make a buck off of people’s pain and suffering, lawyer included, I asked him to send me ALL the info that my lawyer sent him and he replied when he is in the office during business hours? Yeah right, his office is clearly at home and a simple forward takes not even a minute. My gut told me to cut it off even before I got an offer which by the way he was pressing regarding going with the company he works for, they will do this a that. I’m listening to my gut….

I CAN ONLY SAY “AVOID AT ALL COSTS “ Absolutely horrible. Rory, deceived me by telling me I could get whatever I wanted. No call backs. Would not answer texts. Absolutely the worst. I luckily went with another company. Tried stringing me along with lies!
