I put in for a presettlement funding two day before Thanksgiving I understand about the holidays so I was patient I finally got in touch with Mrs Sharon and after checking in with her she tells me they don't fund in Mississippi but I go to their website and it says they fund all 51 states so why did they have to lie about all just tell me the truth

Mr. Kynard, You expressed disappointment with the amount you received, but please note this has no reflection the amount you will be awarded when your case concludes. Most important is that your case value is determined on the current state of your case and as this incident occurred a little more than a month ago. Your case has not yet had time for it to properly develop. You are just starting your medical treatment, the person who caused the accident insurance policy amount has not been revealed. Hi Colbie. you did not give the whole story. Remember when no one help you and Tribeca gave you another 1K when you needed so bad. Plus I help you get more money before that. Been waiting for answers for over 2 weeks now I call I email no response for days later this is day 5 on waiting for the next step. Never been treated like this before even when ur denied companies are much kinder and answer you emails asking if you got approved. I also have letters from my lawyer to you guys asking what you needed and you don't answer.

Hello Alicia, Here at Tribeca we all know how a traumatic event,such as the one you suffered at no fault of your own can be. The type of lawsuit you're involved with where there is a single defendant but a large number of plaintiffs requires a great deal of effort. It is not a straight forward as a personal injury suit such as car accident. Additionally with a case such as yours where you not only lost employment but your home can be extremely stressful. But your review is not honest. I had spoken with your case manager DJ. I even asked our technology department to research your communications. From our records, I see you applied on Feb 3rd and your were contacted same day as well as your law firm requesting the necessary documents to evaluate your legal funding cash advance. We did receive some of the requested documentation within a few days. And every time there was a new development with your request you were notified (our system does this automatically. on Feb 11th our underwriters asked to discuss your case with your attorney. I understand and sympathize that you need this advance urgently. But we are obligated to adhere to certain policies and procedures and need to confer with your law firm. DJ made this known to you and I see that he has responded same day to your calls and emails. We desperately want to help you but we have not received any further communication (email or phones) from your law firm, attorney or paralegal. And from your review that your experience with attempting to obtain funding has been different. It could be just the other company just did not work as hard as we have. Without your law firm's cooperation we cannot move forward, but this is not for a lack of trying by our team. I have seen multiple emails personally where DJ has told you that we need your help to arrange a call between our underwriter and your attorney. Your situation is difficult, what you have suffered through is awful, but please make youyr review more accurate. We are still here to try to help you, please help us help you. Get on the phone with your law firm and insist that you want to arrange the conference call .
