(California & New Jersey Company ) No Communication and when you do speak with someone they just give you Run around answers. Mr. William text my Wife (B. Waller) SHE was approved and contracts were sent out but that was not case and not sure why SHE was told that. OUR case already had settled and in mean time had two other companies approve US for loans. I was told approved two months ago by Ms. Danielle in text/verbal lol and Another month is finally approaching! Again Mrs. Waller settlement is already finalized so should have been fairly simple for this Pre settlement loans like the other two companies I reached out to. 
 Been waiting for answers for over 2 months now I called I text/email no response for days later Never been treated like this before even when your denied companies are much kinder and answer you asking if they sent e mails to the right person? Confirmed my Emails at least 3 times already… WHO DID YALL SEND CONTRACTS TO?! Cause (B. Waller) definitely did not get those Emails

I was told approved before Labor day by owner in text lol and 2 days after finally told not approved ! again my settlement is already finalized so should have been fairly simple for this outfit like the other 2 i reached out to. Go online and research these companies and shop around.

Update #2. No one contacted me by phone or email ! I had to call Tribeca on November 19. I can prove this with my phone records. Also I would like to know why I was denied ? The exact reason ? My attorney said there was no issues with my claim. I heard from him this morning. Before I waste my time applying with other funding companies When they may deny me also. What's the reason I was denied ? $2000 seems quite small considering all BSA survivors are going to get something monetary. That's part of the bankruptcy reorganizing plan. Honestly I just needed help financially,I've had 6 back surgeries in the last 2 years. Update: Why state you do BSA Funding if it's too difficult to do ? Why when I called and emailed Tribeca I was told twice Chris would call that day ? I live in Texas, abuse happened in a different state You shouldn't have ask for my proof of claim if you couldn't do a loan. No reference number given. Horrible experience. I filled out an application and sent in the necessary forms that they needed including my proof of claim(which has extremely sensitive and personal information) it was only asking for a relatively small loan. A week went by and haven't heard anything from him I've called him several times and they said so and so would call so and so would call and someone so never called. So I called him and I was told that I was denied. I wouldn't say why but they did give me a phone number to somebody else in New Jersey they said would help. Call that man he was quite irritated and not very pleasant he gave me the number of someone else who could help me. At that point I gave up I think this company is rude and is unacceptable in their customer service. It's fine that they didn't want to flow me the loan but what's not fine is I have to call them to be told no as they should have called me.

Need real help got part of what I need and want help again

Appalling. I am not a Tribeca Lawsuit Loans Customer and I never have been, but one of their legitimate customers has an email address which is very similar to my own, and they have misrecorded my email address in their system in error. I've notified them of the error and they've acknowledged it, but I've then received a further email asking me to review their service. Human error is one thing, but having the wrong customers email address recorded and then not correcting it to prevent further correspondence must be a breach of data protection.

I applied with Tribeca and speaking with DJ it started out like a blessing from heaven dj was a very typical salesman aka politician everything he said was on point and made me feel he and company had my best interest at heart and right in the middle of his well rehearsed words he just left on vacation smack dab in the middle of helping me..his action were that of screw you its xmas I'm gone wont be back til after xmas..no no no wait please please...OMG WHAT A JERK....so I was left with no choice but continue to seek help..being disable and senior its has been hard to get around and phone bout to be cut off I found myself home alone on xmas no being able to make any move and a friend just checking on me paid my phone so I could continue seeking help..dj and Tribeca was not there when I had very serious questions to ask...each choice I made since speaking with dj somehow feels wrong..my main question was I did not know how much to ask for I just wanted to share what my needs were and I did not want to except more than I needed and dj and company just left and left fast..so I hope I didnt make a mistake and prepare myself and not expect any help this week...when I needed their help the most..plan b

I started the process on Tuesday by talking with Candice and followed up Wednesday with Candice who was shocked to hear that I had NOT heard from you Danielle, as of that point. Later that day I did finally hear from her after calling and texting a few times. Finally later Wednesday afternoon she did call and state that she had good news and that I was approved. She stated that I might have it that evening but most likely Thursday. Well Thursday came and went with NO deposit. Upon speaking with her, Thursday she said that one of the letters was not correctly addressed and that it had already fixed and that it might be deposited that day if not again it would be Friday. Well Friday came and went and AGAIN NO DEPOSIT. When I spoke with her on the phone Friday afternoon she said that she had contacted Todd and that it should be there like around 6P.M. II even contacted her on Saturday, which by the way I emailed Todd Saturday as well with no response. She had advised that I was funded but I replied back to her no I was not and figured she would have looked it to this and would of got back with me. I also thought that Todd would of emailed me back as a common courtesy at least saying that he would look into this matter. Last time when I chose y'all to go with I had my money deposited within 48 hours of the call. I am very fustrated because I honestly would if thought I would of had the money deposited. We are not talking about a small amount of money, I called because I needed money ASAP to help me out. This has really been handled unprofessionally on y'all's part. I feel that I have had to contact y’all more then I should because I would not get a response. I would text her and call her multiple times before I would even get a response or call when she should have been contacting me not me always reaching out to y’all . As stated above I was told she would be contacting me Tuesday evening as I called around 4:45 in the afternoon, and I did not have contact from her until Wednesday afternoon. I even called my bank Saturday and asked if they see a pending wire transfer. They stated they were working on stuff for deposit on Monday December 7 2020, and it showed no up coming wire transfer.
