Customer service seems to say they do not train the salespeople as the stores are independent. Why then do they use the same sales pitch( that resembles a time share sales pitch). I was in Atlantis, Bahamas the end of October and was enticed into the store by an upper management employee visiting from Singapore for two weeks. I was shown pictures of her clientele on her cell phone , asked how much I spent in a year on product and facials, offered the use of her name and passport for a sales transaction to avoid the VAT . Offers were only good for that day as she was flying back to Singapore the next day. I explained that I needed to research the products before I would make any commitment. She appeared insulted that I would not accept her word as to the benefits of the product. Extremely high pressure while trying to ‘ become my best friend’. I am sorry for all the people who have felt so pressured to spend thousands of dollars on these products. But I am also happy that they have had the courage to expose these stores and sale people as the low life that they are. If you like the product and have not been pressured into the sale then good for you. But let people know that they need to exercise caution when agreeing to enter the store.

Both myself and my mom used the product and it had immediate effect. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable.

Don’t buy products from this company at the location at ( BD - le savon #4 ) the shoppers at the palazzo 3777 Las Vegas blvd s Las Vegas Nevada. I bough for my wife the complete age defying eye zone concentrate for the price of $500 dollars it was no the original product we notice once we got to the resort because the wrapping was rely weird and also we scan the box and the are selling on amazon for $200 dollars went the original product cost like $900 so I went back to the store and approach the sales person that sold me the product asking him to give back the money because I knew that it was fake and he said that they don’t do any refund he was rely nervios because he knew that I found out so Tresor Rare if you guys care about the reputation of the company you should contact the franchise owner for that store and let him know what the employees are doing if you need any information from me here is my cell 786-477-9619 my name is william I would also be glad to send you the product with the receipt so you guys could check it. It’s bad for the brand reputation.

I did not seek out the store or product, I was invited in. The method of promoting the VIP plans I felt like I was being pressured to buy into one . I was told one price on the first of the three plans, made a payment leaving a balance to reconcile the following week. I was ok with the first amount to give the product a try. My next appt on the following week we discussed the payment plan and products and the VIP ended up being double of what it started out at the week before. Now I am committed to making payments at $7,000 and will have paid a total of over $8,000.00 for a one year VIP plan. I'm sure the product is exceptional as said but I was not not expecting to pay this amount, which for the average wage person is a very large amount. Since I am newly started I cannot say that the product will deliver what it says it will do. You train your sales personnel well, it seems that they believe in the product to deliver results and are very courteous. I regret that I let this happen so early on before I could see good results to continue at that cost.

Tresor Rare is an AMAZING company and I firmly believe their spa treatments are the best anywhere in the US. I very much recommend that you save yourself the cost of surgeries and invest in Tresor Rare products and services. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

The cleanser is excellent. Makes your skin feel so clean and smooth. I love using it.

Had the privilege of trying this brand while in Vegas. I’m hooked! My 14-year old son noticed the change in my appearance immediately. My eyes look vibrant and my pores are minimized. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
