I ordered a promotional buy-one-get-one free deal for face cleanser. I received only one bottle, instead of two. What is more the bottle that I received was not in any kind of sealed packaging; the cap was off; and the bottle had leaked. When I called customer service, I got an answering machine. Completely unacceptable ... Finally reached customer service. Stephanie was very nice and promised that items would be shipped today. Fingers crossed that it works! In anticipation, I raised my review from one star to three stars.

The product is amazing and my skin felt different after one use. I am using Tourmaline BX Skin Relaxor Ultra Wrinkle Filler as well as the Ultimate Pearl Exfoliating Cream Cleanser. After one use of the wrinkle filler, my kids were shocked at the difference. The exfoliating cream is just as if I received a peel! It's truly unreal what these products do for my face!

It last 24 hrs. I was sold by then saying it was 7 days. Also it does not work any better than the other online for $60. I would not buy it again or recommend it

I bought my Tresor Rare in Oahu, Hawaii November 2018. I was on my honeymoon. My husband and I were walking the streets of Waikiki and were approached by a salesman named Giovanni. I’m a straight shooter from the start, I can’t spend this kind of money. He sat down with me, saw that we were the kind of people who couldn’t afford this stuff but I really wanted it. He offered me a decent deal and I have followed the instructions as written down for me by Giovanni and I have to say I absolutely Love my purchase of Tresor Rare. My skin feels and looks fabulous.

I agreed to purchase over 700 american of Tresor Rare products from a salesman while my husband and I were in Kauai, HA this month. This man put a lot of pressure on me during the sale, saying that he would advise me about my face only if I purchased the products from him first. He also discredited his co-worker saying that "he doesn't know anything." Initially I agreed because I was relaxed, happy, and trusting. It takes a lot of people a long time for reality to hit in a situation like that. I was no exception and that man knew it. I was on my honeymoon that I had waited for, for 22 years. My debit card was rejected so he took a print of it and said I could get the consultation and pick up the merchandise if the card went through. In the meantime, I was beginning to realize that his methods were unorthodox and because he said the products were a lot more expensive on line, I looked them up. They are unaffordable for me to continue with the product line so there was no point for me to continue with the sale. More importantly, my trust was gone. I sent him an email asking him not to run the card through and that I would not be purchasing from him. Several hours later, he ran the card through. So here I sit, no merchandise, no consultation and an $1011.34 Canadian charge to my debit card. The next day, I asked him to put the money back. He refused, saying I would have to go through customer service or the credit card people could fight it out. I contacted customer service which turned out to be him! That man ruined my honeymoon for us because my husband and I fought over it. If you go to Kauai, beware. You cannot avoid these people who hang out in the tourist areas waiting for their prey.
