[UPDATE] Stephenie is fantastic. She resolved the problem for me very quick. I just received a replacement for the faulty product together with some other full-size products as a gift. It was so frustrated !!!!!!! I went shopping today in London and passed by Tresor Rare store. One lady called me in. I was completely persuaded by her how good the facial peel mask is although I didn’t know about Tresor Rare at all. A lady there used the facial peel cream tested on my right hand. The cream looks so nice and the effect too. I decided to give a try. When i arrived home, opened it. First of all it wasn’t in plastic package properly. Second, I when I opened the seal, it was so hard to peel it out and when I could peel the seal out, omg it was really stingy. Horrible!! I thought in my mind how come a luxury product could be package poorly like that. Third, after the seal it was another challenge to take the cover up. I felt like the product was made such long years ago. I had to use the sharp point of a knife to open it. Finally, OMG terrible!!! When I could see the cream, it was like completely fake and different from the one I was introduced at the store. This one did not have glitter or pearl. Also it didn’t stay together but like jelly. I was 100% disappointed about this. I want to return the item and get the refund. Hopefully they would give a proper response to those issue. I take all pictures as evidences.

Absolutely love these products, I bought mine In Lexington,Kentucky. I’m a first time buyer and didn’t know what to expect, my skin feels and looks so much better after using them. Very happy 😃

Great products. I shop at their Las Olas store in Ft Lauderdale. They have the most beautiful little shop on the strip. Products are a bit pricey but he work great.

The product that I received from Tresor Rare is incredible. But this Five Star rating really is due to the customer service that I received from Stephanie. I had a problem with a delivery and so I contacted Customer Service. I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie who resolved my issue with amazing speed and efficiency. Thank you, Stephanie! **** within 12 hours I was contacted by Tresor Rare, they do not see the product I have issues with, the store purchased from another vendor. I do apologize for the 1 star as I stated below the products are WONDERFUL and I apologize for being negative without all the information on hand. Thank you for such fast action. Okay some of the best products I have ever used. Then there is The customer service that apparently only care about sales PERIOD!! I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of the product one being the blue Sapphire light. It will not charge, less than two years old OF course I have original receipt I can not get any help. Any answers no response at all much less any resolution. I actually have product on order right now, at this point—expect a return. Product fantastic; Brand =employees NOT worth the money you pay

I am still amazed by how this product works. We have a store at one side of our hotel. The man that give us the demostration did it only on my husband left eye,after 3 days my husband's treated eye still look 10 years younger. We definetely came back and bought the product .
