I purchase the product at Bahamas.love it know about it for a year.cant really afford it but on our vacation my husband got it for me.after spending lots of money at home to my disappointment I discovered product was missing.for paying thousands $i think this MISTAKE is little bit pricey for me on the salesperson and very unprofessional I was crushed.never ever going to trust again.with little hope I phone the customer service and this beautiful lady STEPHANIE was amazing very professional and helpful.my experienced is sad but Stephanies help made me realize that is still good people out there don’t know what I would do with out her .Thank you STEPHANIE for your help sincerely Maria

The Tresor-Rare products are very high quality. I typically purchase them in-store when I travel to Fort Lauderdale each quarter, but decided to order online this time. The website prompted me to sign up for the email list and I’d get a promo code for a free item with purchase. Great! I knew I was going to buy something anyway, so why not get a free item? Within minutes of signing up, I had a promo code in my inbox. A few minutes later, attempting to use that promo code just gave me an error message that the code was invalid or had met its capacity. Talk about bait and switch. Ultimately, I tried to use the code out of principle several times over the next few days only to have it denied. I eventually ended up making my order without being able to take advantage of the promo code because, well, I needed my face wash.

I was talked into trying the express lift on my eyes. I have a large bag under one eye after having eye surgery. It was amazing how well it worked. Then I was talked into the facial treatment with the laser tool. Wow, I looked wonderful. So like the silly person I am I walked out of that store with thousands of dollars on my credit card. I realized I had been scammed by the time I returned home, because the bag had returned after I had been told the treatment would last at least 3 days. I have tried the lift on my eyes again and I am sure what I have is not what was used in the shop. It feels different and does nothing to reduce the bag under my eye. So my shipment of “free” products arrived today and I am so sad I fell for the hard sale. I know that I agreed to a no return or resale policy, but if this helps even one person keep their money I will be happy.

The eye zone concentrate is very good and the mask mystique is the best.And because they send me a gift exfoliating cream cleanser i recomended this combination

I bought the tresor rare eye lift cream the applicator does not work. I like the results but the applicator is defective.
