I made my first purchase in Las Vegas and when i realized what i had spent was a quite skeptical. Needless to say, i am now on my second purchase without questioning the cost.

I purchased some products from your fenchurch street store in London last Wednesday (21/04/17) but decided to return them for a full refund the same day. The receipt advised to email the "Everest Cosmetics" email address prior to taking the items to the store. After multiple attempts to contact a customer service rep via this email I have been unsuccessful. I would like to claim a full refund within the 14days of purchase and don't want to turned away from the store. Please advise on next steps!

I had a bad experience with a vendor in Key West, FL!!! HOWEVER, once I got home from our vacation, I called customer service at Tresor Rare and spoke with Inna regarding the situation that had occurred and she IMMEDIATELY took care of the problem!! She actually went above and beyond by sending me free samples to try and she Sent my product to me by Fed Ex so I received it in 2 days!! She was extremely professional and prompt about taking care of me as a customer and I have never had ANY customer service experience that was a 5 Star like she is!!! Also we had an email the day after from Chelsea, another customer rep and Chelsea called my husband and followed up to make sure the problem was taken care of! Both Chealse and Inna are a great value to Tresor Rare and we appreciate their amazing service!!! It's not very often you come across such help as they were!!! Thank you!!

My husband and I were enjoying our time in Hanalei during a 5 day stay in Kuaui when we were approached outside of a Tresor Rare street vendor to try a sample of the eye firmimg mask. We ended up buying the mask and were told if we came back two days later we would both receive a "free" relaxing facial on our final day in Hawaii. Agressive sales pitch ensued with no facial--just a quick wipe with warm washcloth over the face and a dab of product focused on half side of face while the salesman did the same "treatment on my husband. The salesman admittedly, was not an esthetician and proceeded to try and badger us into a 5 year contract for product if we paid $4,000.00 up front while talking constantly and dabbing product on the other half of our faces and presenting a mirror where frankly we saw little change. We were never told specifically what product or steps of use and yet made to feel humbled by salesman negotiating down to immediate payment of $3,124.80 with promise to send 12 products 4 of which we had already purchased for $1400.00 two days before. I'm still unsure of what we purchased or how to use these products. We need some help with this issue please.

Wonderful products and wonderful customer service

The foaming cleanser and Pearl facial peel are high quality wonderful products. My 58 yo face looks great.
