I absolutely love this product. When there was a slight shipment problem it was immediately solved. I wish that there was a store in the North Bay of California.

Dishonest and high pressure hypocritical staffs that pretend to be nice but turns out to be terrible once you made the payment. Shop interior looks luxe, but products packagings look cheap and bad quality. Never buying again.

tony S was very nice and did a nice job with the product demonstration. He was very helpful when I had questions about my purchase. I did like the aesthetic of the store in the mall. Very calming and pleasant.

Very high pressure sales and dishonest about the products and what they are capable of. They give you a demonstration with seemingly drastic results and lead you to believe this will improve and also be permanent. Even their website is more honest. When reviewing the product on their website and attempting to return the goods the next day we were told story after story that when called on it, proved untrue. This company is unethical and I would warn against having any dealings with them.

Tresor Rare was like a best kept secret to me, but now I've found this beautiful product; it's just amazing. It's made a noteable difference to my skin in a very short time frame.

I actually had. Bit of a push salesman who ended up giving me the wrong jar ...should have been the thermal. Called him and he had me come back and switch out. He was very nice about it...I was a bit scared to return after all the feedback of no return, pushy salesman, high prices but Luciano made it good and Chelsie called me and is sending out new products at no charge and samples. She was just wonderful about it. The product itself is really pretty incredible. I have received compliments on my skin in the past couple of weeks....great compliments. I'm seventy years young and this soooo makes me feel it. Thanks so much again Chelsie for your kindness and replacements and sample ahead of time. Maureen
