While in Nassau on 11/26/17, we were approached by the salesman for this company. I told him we were meeting some friends to watch a football game. We were told he would be quick and of course was hurried right in to the push sales script. I would like to say that we were interested in the product and said we would come back. Meeting friends was more important as we had plans. As we were leaving we were berated and embarrassed being called "close minded ungrateful Americans." We were in Nassau all week and would have had time to go back. Had the representative not been so awful, he would have ha a sale.

Pushy sales people. Very rude

While searching for skincare products I came across Tresor Rare – Anti Aging line of products, the reviews are great and I might give them a try soon.

Tresor Rare products are absolutely the best available skin care products on the market. They actually do what the advertisement says! I love my 60 second eye lift! It is amazing, the before and after is awesome. This is truly a skin care system that you can trust and be so happy with the results. While they are expensive, it is not quite as much as cosmetic surgery costs - also no bruising and painful procedures to recover from the bruising and pain. I came to visit San Francisco today and while walking by on the streets I was enticed to enter the building along with my husband by a man. He began his sales pitch and tested the Chemical Peel on my hand. Then he applied the cream. He stated that they had a Black Friday sale and that I could get 50% off on the chemical peel ($175). It was still too much money to spend just on the chemical peel. So he decided to call over his manager and she “threw in the face cream free”. When I was still indecisive and feeling pressured, the manager then threw in a free face wash. She took out her calculator and said the product would last for a year. She divided $175 by 12 months and it came down to about $7 a month. Sounds great right? She then said the product had 100% 1 year warranty. That if I didn’t like the product I could easily return it within the year. And they kept insisting and insisting that I needed these products for my acne. That my face would improve so much. I ended up purchasing the products but left the store feeling ripped off and realizing I had spent almost $200 on face creams. When I went home and tried the products on my face I saw that the cleanser was just like any other cleanser. The chemical peel was hard to rub and just left my skin feeling dull and red, not even soft, it is very itchy. And the cream is itchy too. At the store the guy had said that it had zero side effects. I feel I was lied to. It’s not fair that they lure us into the store and push us and push us till we break. And as I read other reviews I see that many haven’t been able to return products. It’s not fair that we are lied to. I knew I shouldn’t have bought these products and researched them online first. I wish I could have my money back.

After a very upsetting experience in the store in Las Vegas where I was greeted by the rudest sales people I have ever been in contact with I felt I had to write to the company (it’s not something I EVER do) but their behaviour was so unacceptable that I felt it unfair on Tresor Rare as a company, I received a reply immediately from Virginia who was so apologetic and explained that the staff are not sourced through Tresor Rare but independently, she confirmed that it had been escalated to the relevant people, I then received a parcel as an apology (even though it wasn’t Tresor Rare at fault) I had a body scrub and samples of face creams, peel mask and thermal mask, and they are AMAZING! The peel mask left my face feeling like it did 20 years ago, it’s so clear and bright I am most certainly hooked and will be looking to try purchase this moving forwards, Thank you so much Virginia for all your help and turning my upsetting experience into a eye opening one! Can’t wait to try the other products but I fear I will be hooked and (sorry kids) will be spending the inheritance WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

We were enticed into their Vas Vegas store, the sales guy came across as knowledgable and asked to demonstrate their face cream to one side of my face. Within seconds he pointed out the difference in reduced lines, wow it was amazing and the other 3 people in the group agreed. He then proceeded to offer a reduced cost on 2 other products (thats after supposedly speaking to his mgr). Total amount would have come to approx $500. When I said I'd look into it, he said he wouldn't be there the next day and I would lose the deal. 'Heard that one before!!' Looking in hotel mirror I could clearly see the difference then I had thought, what if that side of my face was naturally better than the other so I looked at recent photo's and yes you guessed it, that side was better and there was no difference at all after having this 'magic' cream. He clearly spotted this and used it to his advantage. However, just to check we went back the next day and to my amazement (not) the same guy was there, I asked him to apply the cream to the other side of my face....absolutely no difference at all! He didn't even try and argue the fact, guess he knew the game was up. Lucky escape that saved me hundred of $
