Stephanie at customer service is wonderful. I was having trouble getting one product shipped, and she made it happen quickly. I purchased a number of items and am working through the Elevare+ system and Hermetise products. I began the program in good faith and expect all to work as promised!

I spoke with Stephanie at Tresor-Rare this morning about a defective bottle pump. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and helped me with a replacement pump and a 50% off of a new product of my choice. I love Tresor-Rare for its ability to help skin look and feel so beautiful. I recommend it and certainly give Stephanie five stars. Marlene Carson

I had not heard of his skincare brand until today. I was walking past their store on Bond Street and was outed in with free samples of eye cream, by a female sales person. She gave a few compliments and said the manager of the store will try the exfoliator on my hand. He tested it on my hand and hen told me that there is a cream and face wash to go with it and the total would be £315 and I’d also get a free facial of my choice. I repeatedly said I would not make such an expensive purchase without any research into this brand, he almost couldn’t hide his disgust. He asked where I am from and proceeded to show me a pic on his phone of a woman who is apparantly from the same country as myself, and the miraculous before and after pics. When I changed my tone and said I wouldn’t be buying until I research, his friendly demeanour suddenly changed, as if I had wasted his time. He didn’t say goodbye and gave me the dirtiest look as I left the store. Also, the whole time I was in the store another male salesman sat in the couch adjacent to me, glaring at me with contempt. In fact no one that said hello when I walked in said bye when I walked out. They saw me with my big Burberry bag and thought they had found a soft touch, he even asked me how much I had spent on the bag and tht skincare would be better to spend money than a bag, I agreed with him, but commmeted that, I still need to do my own research as everyone Akin is different and I know it better than he ever will. I will never go into this store again or accept any free samples as I walk past. It’s bully tactics, and they saw me as pound signs, and I also got the distinct impression that my skin colour was not appreciated.

I received my cleanser and it was leaking in the box from the bottom seam. I reached out to customer service and Stephanie responded. I am being sent a replacement for my damaged product. Thanks very much!

I've been using Tresor Rare for 5 months and i honestly have fallen in love with the products. I use the cleasing Milk daily and have found such a dramatic change in my skin. I have actually been told my skin glows!

Though I have tried the product (I’m not even sure which one due to the fact I can’t even find it online) it is not worth the money. We bought the product in the mall specifically because they harassed us and would NOT take no for an answer. Looked at my fiancé and said that it was wrong of him not to spoil me when I specifically said I didn’t want to pay that much for a face product. We even walked out and the “owner” of the company harassed us to come back in telling us he would sell us a “damaged” box for 75$ for the product was still good, stated it was his discount and the product usually costs 500$. They literally would not let us leave the store without a purchase. We reluctantly did so thinking we would just return it in a day and then later found out we can’t return it. And I get home to what must be a sample size due to it having very little left in the container. I won’t lie it did make my skin feel smooth in the store but I don’t appreciate being harassed to buy an old sample for 75
