I ordered a large and needed a medium. They helped with the exchange and I received the medium in time for the party.

I had looked for the sweaters at many places and had given up getting the size and colors I wanted. Tres chic had both and was easy and nice to deal with.

I had questions about an item and was promptly answered. Their help and efficiency gave me confidence to buy from a new source. The item was delivered on time as they had estimated and met all my expectations. I would buy from them again.

The color was as pictured. Fur was not as elegant as I would have liked. Fit is good.
